LGTS is a web browser-based intranet software product that gives state agency staff a single place to document and interact with the entire lifecycle of potential and actual projects and their associated loan or grant funding. LGTS is tailored made to suit the workflow of an SRF program and any similar water infrastructure loan or grant program. From that first incoming application to the receipt of a final repayment, LGTS provides unprecedented organization of and accessibility to your data. When all of the agency’s day-to-day inputs are captured in LGTS, you’ll be able to utilize LGTS’ powerful suite of reports – including project and payment statuses and projections, loan balances, interest accruals, and ultimately Financial Statements – to help you make informed decisions about the health and future of your programs.
