We know the investment needs for clean water are vast and have historically been under-reported. Northbridge is proud to have been hired by Arkansas, Connecticut, and New Mexico to collect their data for the 2022 Clean Watersheds Needs Surveys. Through our comprehensive support, these three States identified more than $27 billion in critical clean water needs in coming decades, including $8 billion in nonpoint source needs alone. This result is a 500% increase for these States compared to what they were able to capture and report for the last survey in 2012. Using the Northbridge approach and data we collected, these State Revolving Fund programs have a clear path for reaching new and diverse borrowers throughout their State.
