In August Northbridge delivered a Virtual SRF 101 Training for over 500 state and EPA attendees. EPA began offering these online trainings in 2020 to ensure that, despite the pandemic, the important work of helping states, EPA Regions and HQ onboard new staff and keep existing employees current on new developments and innovations in the SRF programs would continue. Now, even with the pandemic behind us, these trainings have continued to grow in popularity since they offer states and EPA an easy way to bring staff up to speed on the SRFs without the need to travel. In addition to a variety of in-person training events on various topics, EPA will be offering introductory online trainings quarterly going forward, so stay tuned for announcements from your EPA Region on the next Virtual SRF 101 this Fall.
